Continuous improvement for people

Improving processes is crucial but without improving people a team cannot go that far.

Many times overseen by managers is the inherent cost of not improving the workforce skills. The correct culture of a software development team starts with the necessary mentoring from Senior members, continues with the constant reading, listening, viewing or in one word learning and ends only for those that retire. For the team itself there is no end when it comes to improving.
