org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Unable to find host

Someone might think this error happens when the host name is not resolved and that is all:

org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Unable to find host

However in axis 2 version 1.5.4 at least this error shows up also when there is a problem with the SOAP port.
